ThruDark DW media coverage expands even further in 2025

Ahead of the 2025 ThruDark Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Race, the DW organising committee are delighted to announce that this year’s race will coverage will expand even further than ever before.

After the success of last year’s debut in which over 25,000 people from over 70 countries used it, the DW Live Hub will return for this year’s race. Once again, it will feature live coverage of the race from the morning of Good Friday right until the final paddlers complete the race on Easter Monday. Like last year, you’ll be able to get live-to-the-minute updates in text, video and image form, giving you full insight into everything that is happening along the course over the entire weekend.

But that’s not all! We will also be providing end-of-day video recaps after each day of the Stages race, catching you up on everything that’s been happening across all four days. These will be published on the official DW YouTube channel and will also be shared on the DW website.

And for those of you that would rather read than watch a video, don’t worry, we have you covered! End of day written reports will also be published on the website.

On top of all this, posts will also be regularly going out across all of our social media channels, ensuring you will not miss a thing on what is set to be another epic race!
