The Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Race Organisation Ltd has released details of its annual AGM.

The AGM will be held in person at the Wokingham Waterside Centre on Saturday January 25, 2025, starting at 14:00 and ending at 16:00.

Current Members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, and The Directors encourage any applications for General Membership to be sent and received by January 23, 2025 to allow for review, approval and processing prior to the AGM.

After the close of the meeting, MEmbers may raise any other matters that they wish the Newly Elected Directors to consider during their term as Directors.

The Directors confirm that Nominations for the elected posts close on Wednesday January 15, 2025 at 18:00. Details of Nominees will be published on dwrace.co.uk after the closing date for Nominations.

Members are entitled to vote by proxy. Proxy forms need to be received by 18:00 on Friday January 24, 2025. Proxy forms will be made available at dwrace.co.uk or can be obtained from secretary@dwrace.co.uk once nominations are closed.
